Eat, Drink, Man, Woman
Freshly caught anchovies drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice at Ristorante La Torre, high above the village of Vernazza on Italy's Cinque Terre coast.
I like food and drink almost as much as cycling.
Wait. That's not right.
I like food and drink as much, if not more, than cycling. Travel, too.
Daisy and I took a trip to Italy's Cinque Terre coast last month, which I wrote about in this space a few weeks ago. I talked about the fantastic hiking we did between the villages, and where we slept.
Food and wine are defining parts of any trip to Italy, though. And my friend Brewsta has kindly allowed me a guest posting about the food and wine of the Cinque Terre on his blog, Czech Please.
Just remember, I didn't write the captions.
